Verbreitung
Kübel- oder Zimmerpflanze; Heimat: Südafrika.
Beschreibung
2-3 m hohe, baumförmige sukkulente Staude.
Blätter: | mattgrün, z.T. rötlich überhaucht, oval-lanzettlich, 40-60 cm lang, dicht rosettig am Stamm angeordnet, kahl, Rücken: mit Stacheln, Rand: 6 mm lange Zähne, im Abstand von 10-20 mm. |
Blüten: | scharlachrot, gelb oder orange, röhrenförmig, 25 mm lang; zahlreich an 60 cm hohen, traubigem Blütenstand. |
